Waiting List & Turnaround
We currently have a waiting list for custom design projects. Custom quotes are worked in the order we receive your request and we ask that you provide as much detail about your project as possible to assist us with providing you with the most accurate quote via email. At this time we are scheduling custom projects to begin in late February 2009, so we are not accepting any new custom projects for 2008.
Pre-Made and M2M items can still be purchased through our site as normal with a 7-10 business day turnaround from when we receive your customization questionnaire to when we will have your proof ready for you to review. Designs eligible for installation services, we will require 24 additional business hours from when you approve your customized template and we receive your valid log in details, for us to install within your shopping cart account.
Emails
Due to our current work load, new email requests and quote inquiries are taking longer than usual...please allow a min of 4-5 business days(M-F) for us to return your email. Emails are answered during normal business hours. Current clients will continue to receive a response within 24-48 business hours. We apologize for the delay and thank you for your patience and we look forward to working with you.
